Who is responsible
Futura Tickets S.L. (tax ID B56827157), Madrid, Spain, is the data controller for the information you leave on this site. You can reach us at hello@futuratickets.com.
What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the language you used, the page section you signed up from, the campaign parameters in the URL (if any) and the date. We use it for one purpose: to tell you when GTM OS opens and to invite you to early access. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
Until we open early access and for twelve months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a one-click way to leave the list.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored on Vercel (hosting and storage, EU/US, under standard contractual clauses). We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or use it for anything beyond the purpose above. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not set cookies or identify visitors.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to hello@futuratickets.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
